Willow joined Coefficient Giving in December 2025. She works on grantmaking in energy and infrastructure policy within the Abundance and Growth fund. Previously, Willow was an analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, covering portfolios in energy and transportation. She holds a master’s in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a master’s in urban planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and an A.B. in environmental science and public policy from Harvard College.
