Sara Takamatsu joined the Business Operations team in March 2026. Prior to joining Coefficient Giving, Sara was an international digital policy researcher at the Digital Agency of the Government of Japan. She holds a Bachelor’s in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University, and a Master’s in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance from KU Leuven, the University of Münster, and Tallinn University of Technology.
