Rebca van de Ven

Rebca van de Ven serves as Chief of Staff to Otis Reid, supporting Coefficient’s work on global health and wellbeing. In this role, she helps to manage priorities, advance key projects, and ensure follow-through on the team’s most important goals — improving health, reducing poverty, and improving the lives of farm animals.

Prior to stepping into this role, Rebca managed Coefficient’s Business Operations team. She joined Coefficient from IBM in the Netherlands, where she was a Senior Project Management Consultant, leading cross-functional teams delivering technology and operations projects for public- and private-sector clients.

Rebca holds BSc degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from MIT.
