Rafael joined Coefficient Giving in September 2022. He previously worked at Harvard’s Center for International Development and at the World Bank. He holds a PhD in Public Policy and an MPA-ID from Harvard University, and a MSc in Economics and a BSc in Molecular Sciences from the University of São Paulo.
