Nisha Austin

Nisha leads Program Operations for the Biosecurity & Pandemic Preparedness team at Coefficient Giving. She joined Coefficient in 2023 and led Business Operations and launched the IT team. Before starting at Coefficient, she co-founded Extra Special, a furniture and design consulting company, and built and led cross-functional design, strategy, and management teams serving a range of impact-driven clients in the technology, education, and non-profit sectors. Nisha has a B.A. in Political Science and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan and currently serves in her town government in Marblehead, MA.
