Maura joined the Communications team in 2026 and focuses on strategic communications. She’s been at Coefficient Giving since 2022, having spent her first four years at CG building and leading operations teams (including Recruiting, Business Operations, and People Operations) as the organization scaled from 60 to 170 people. Most recently, she served as Deputy Head of People. Previously, she was the Executive Director of a social service nonprofit in New Mexico and a financial analyst specializing in hedge funds. She has a B.A. in Economics from Lewis & Clark College.
