Marie joined Coefficient Giving in May 2026. Previously, she served as Director of Talent Management at GiveDirectly, where she led talent acquisition, people engagement, and leadership development efforts to help the organization attract, retain, and grow mission-driven staff. Marie holds a B.S. in Secondary Education and Psychology from New York University.
