Kayla sits at the intersection of Coefficient Giving’s Partnerships and Executive teams, where she provides strategic and operational support to the organization’s CEO and Chair while leading cross-functional initiatives and special projects that serve our donor partners. She joined Coefficient Giving in February 2024.
Prior to joining Coefficient Giving, Kayla worked as a senior partnerships analyst at IDinsight, where she managed grants and funder relationships. She holds a B.A. in economics and international development from McGill University.
