Kate joined Coefficient Giving in February 2026. Previously, she worked on the Global Operations team at Evidence Action to monitor global travel risks, improve safety and security, and advance training and knowledge management. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business from Brigham Young University, where she was a Russell M. Nelson Presidential Scholar.
