Ilva Ravinska

Ilva joined Coefficient Giving in April 2023. Her work focuses on ensuring that Coefficient’s grantmaking is executed efficiently, compliantly, and with excellence across a wide range of jurisdictions, entities, and recipients. Before joining Coefficient Giving, Ilva managed operations and financial systems for several projects in the effective altruism space. She holds a B.A. in International Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
