Hetty Kovach

Hetty leads on European investments for the Global Aid Policy Team. Previously, she worked at the Gates Foundation in their Development Finance and Policy Team in Washington, D.C., where she managed the bilateral aid portfolio. Before this, she spent 4 years at the OECD evaluating the development assistance programs, policies, and budgets of the OECD DAC member governments. Hetty also led Oxfam International’s aid effectiveness and development finance research and advocacy team.
