Clem joined Coefficient Giving in December 2023, where he builds technical solutions in Salesforce, integrates third-party systems, and automates complex processes to save his colleagues time and reduce manual work. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Data Infrastructure at Natural Resources Defense Council, where he led a team of Salesforce Admins, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Analytics Engineers, building out both the Salesforce environment and the organization’s modern data stack—from data warehouse and data pipelines to business intelligence tools. He has a decade of Salesforce experience in the nonprofit sector. In a past life, he was a writer, editor, and proofreader at Groupon Malaysia.
