Annie Brandt

Annie became a member of the People Operations team at Coefficient Giving in February 2025. Prior to joining Coefficient Giving, Annie worked as a Project Manager at Airbnb within Global Operations, where she organized events for senior leadership, facilitated team-building activities, managed onboarding and offboarding processes, and tracked performance management. Before that, she was an Onboarding Specialist at Iterable, a MarTech company. Annie holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and an M.Sc. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
