Angela joined Coefficient Giving in April 2026, where she helps strengthen and diversify CG’s talent pipeline. Her prior experience includes managing campus recruiting and student programs at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center, where she drove data-informed hiring strategies and built early career pipelines across top technical institutions. She also held HR and talent acquisition roles at Berkshire Grey and worked as an HR consultant for small non-profits in the San Antonio, Texas area. Angela holds a B.S. in HR Management from Trinity University.
