Alex Armlovich

Alex Armlovich joined Coefficient Giving in December 2025. Previously, Alex was a Senior Housing Policy Analyst at the Niskanen Center, where he advocated for pro-housing reforms to address scarcity and improve affordability. Before that, at New York’s Citizens Budget Commission, he covered transportation and the MTA, including operating and capital program reform. His writing and research on urban economics and policy have been featured or cited widely. Alex holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
