Aisling is an associate program officer in the Science and Global Health R&D Fund, where she supports grantmaking for malaria, Strep A, vaccine and adjuvant development, and vaccine delivery.
Prior to joining Coefficient Giving in 2025, Aisling was the head of analytics at the Against Malaria Foundation, with a focus on bednets. She also led a team conducting global health cause prioritization research at Rethink Priorities. She holds an M.Sc. in politics research from the University of Oxford.
