Aaron Roesch

Aaron joined Coefficient Giving in September 2025. Previously, he was Managing Director for Policy Planning at USAID. He led a team focused on long-range planning for U.S. development cooperation and its role in grand strategy, and he stood up the Economic Resilience Initiative to address debt, employment, and supply chain challenges in low- and middle-income countries. He has also worked at the U.S. State Department, U.S. Mission to the U.N., and International Rescue Committee. Aaron has a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from Stanford.
