Otis Reid
Executive Director, Global Health & Wellbeing
Otis Reid leads Coefficient Giving’s work on global health and wellbeing: he oversees funds focused on policy advocacy, global development and global health, and phasing out the worst factory farm practices. He previously led Coefficient Giving’s Cause Prioritization research team and helped launch two funds: Air Quality and Global Aid Policy.
In the 2020 and 2024 U.S. election cycles, Otis was a political donor advisor. He previously worked as Director of Campaign Modeling at BlueLabs, a campaign analytics firm applying data-driven approaches to political campaigns and tactical evaluation.
Otis holds a Ph.D. in economics from MIT, where he specialized in political economy and development. His academic research included fieldwork in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda and his dissertation examined topics such as anti-corruption initiatives and political behavior. He holds a B.A. in economics and public policy from Stanford University.
