Maura Taylor
Deputy Head of People
Maura joined the operations team in June 2022, previously leading our Business Operations and Recruiting teams and serving as Interim Director of Internal Operations. As Deputy Head of People, she oversees the People Operations team and related work in manager support, employee relations, and talent strategy. Before joining Coefficient Giving, Maura was executive director of a longstanding social service nonprofit in New Mexico. She previously worked as a financial analyst specializing in hedge funds, and has a B.A. in Economics from Lewis & Clark College.
