Zoë joined Coefficient Giving in October 2026. Zoë started her career in the nonprofit sector and then moved into tech startups where over the last 10 years she has built and led People and Recruiting teams from the the ground up. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a BA in Human Services.
