Vijay joined Coefficient Giving in September 2026. He works on the Cause Prioritization team, with a focus on internal evaluation. Previously, he helped design and run clinical practice evaluations for HealthLearn, a nonprofit that provides accredited, mobile-optimized training for health workers in low-income countries.
He completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and has clinical and research experience in settings from Navajo Nation to rural Uganda. He holds an MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.
