Noemi is joining Coefficient Giving in October 2026. Prior to joining, she was a Public Finance Specialist with UNICEF’s Center of Excellence in the Economic and Social Policy Global Practice. She also worked as a Universal Health Coverage Advisor to the Vice President of Sierra Leone and as a Health Financing Specialist with Crown Agents, and spent time at Clinton Health Access Initiative and as health economist in the Government of Sierra Leone. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and Development Economics from the University of Nottingham and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Economics at Université Gaston Berger.
