Amanda Glassman joined Coefficient Giving as Managing Director of Global Health and Development Policy in September 2026. She leads the organization’s work on global health and development policy, overseeing funds that focus on economic growth, overseas development assistance, health aid transition, and global health systems.

Before joining Coefficient Giving, she was executive advisor to the president of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she supported a doubling of the bank’s scale and an expansion of its impact in reducing poverty, raising productivity, and building climate resilience. From 2010 to 2023, she held leadership roles at the Center for Global Development, where her research focused on priority-setting and smart public spending in global health. Earlier in her career, she was a principal social development specialist at the IDB, working with governments in Latin America and the Caribbean on health and safety net reform, and a researcher at the Brookings Institution focused on health financing in low- and middle-income countries.

Amanda holds an M.Sc. from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a B.A. from Brown University.
