Tamara joined Coefficient Giving in September 2026. Previously, she spent nearly a decade working in-house at Plan International, a global nonprofit focused on children’s rights, where she worked on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Before that, she was an attorney at a boutique criminal defense firm in Atlanta. Tamara earned a J.D. from Georgia State University, an M.S. in Public Policy & Animals from Tufts University, and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Northeastern University.
