Steven joined Coefficient Giving in September 2026. Previously, he contracted as a program manager for Constellation, working to design the strategy and governance curriculum for its Astra Fellowship. He also worked on AI scenario modeling and AI policy through the MATS Program and the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy (IAPS) Fellowship. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
