Carolina joined Coefficient Giving in August 2026, where she works to connect donors with cost-effective, high-impact giving opportunities. Previously, she spent three years at McKinsey & Company advising government and healthcare clients on strategy, operations, and implementation, including a year on secondment to the Gates Foundation as a Strategy Officer on its Philanthropic Partnerships team. Carolina holds a B.A. in Sociology from Harvard University and spent a year living and traveling across Europe as a Michael C. Rockefeller Memorial Fellow.
