Surbhi joined Coefficient Giving in August 2026. Previously, she held roles in technology and development at GiveDirectly, Boston Consulting Group, and Amazon. She has worked with governments and startups across Asia and Africa. Surbhi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA in international development from the Harvard Kennedy School. She grew up in Delhi, India, before moving to the US to study economics and statistics at Yale University.
