Caleb oversees Coefficient Giving’s work on U.S. AI policy, the Abundance & Growth Fund, and government relations.
Before joining Coefficient Giving in 2026, Caleb co-founded and served as co-CEO of the Institute for Progress (IFP), a leading innovation policy think tank, where he managed the metascience, high-skilled immigration, and emerging technology policy teams.
He previously worked at the Progressive Policy Institute, the R Street Institute, and the Mercatus Center. His commentary has been published in The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and Politico. He holds an M.A. in economics from George Mason University and a B.S. in business from Sterling College.
