Arianna joined Coefficient Giving in June 2026. Previously, she served as people operations manager at GovAI, where she helped establish the organization as an independent entity in the U.S. and the U.K., managed the U.K. entity, payroll, and compliance, oversaw onboarding and offboarding, visa processes, and EOR management, and drove initiatives to build scalable HR infrastructure. Arianna holds a B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy from King’s College London.
