Previously, she served as Senior Manager, Global People Operations at IDinsight, where she led performance development, compensation strategy, and people experience initiatives. She also brings experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles. Evy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from One League and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi.
