Darius Meissner

Darius serves as Chief of Staff on the Global Catastrophic Risks executive team, which sets strategy and leads high-priority projects across Coefficient’s work on transformative AI and catastrophic biorisk. He was previously a Senior Program Director at the Horizon Institute for Public Service, where he led the career platform emergingtechpolicy.org and the AI policy Career Accelerator program. Darius holds an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
