Pavan joined Coefficient Giving in April 2026. He provides geopolitical advice to advance beneficial AI policies. Previously, he worked at Amazon, where he led the development of international AI policies and later oversaw US-facing external engagement on AI. Prior to Amazon, Pavan served as a British diplomat for over a decade, most recently as UK Deputy Ambassador to Libya. Pavan holds an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London and a BSc in International Finance from Bayes Business School, London.
