Xaviera joined Coefficient Giving in March 2026. Previously, she worked as a consultant at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, helping organizations apply epidemiological research to their work in population health. She has also managed field operations for economics and conducted public opinion research. Xaviera holds a B.S. in Math and Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Paris.
