Kelly joined Coefficient Giving in January 2026. Previously, she was a Principal Consultant and Engagement Manager at Cloud for Good, where she managed complex Salesforce implementations for enterprise nonprofits. Kelly has built her career serving mission-driven organizations, including Texas CASA — where she led statewide data initiatives across a network of 72 nonprofits — and 3 Day Startup, where she managed an exchange program funded by a grant from the U.S. State Department. She also helped to launch and manage a statewide scholarship program for the Children’s Defense Fund–Ohio and has served on the Board of Directors for 3 Day Startup, Inc.
Kelly holds a B.S. in Human Ecology and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
