Britney rejoined Coefficient Giving in December 2025. Previously, Britney was a Content Manager at the Centre for Effective Altruism, served on Coefficient Giving’s communications and business operations teams, taught English in rural Japan, and built accessory dwelling units at a housing start-up. Britney graduated with a B.A. in Urban Studies from San Diego State University.
