Kiana joined the Business Immigration team in September 2023. Her love of travel and cross-cultural connection informs her work, where she enjoys helping people navigate complex mobility and immigration challenges. Drawing on her experience in legal administration, operations, fundraising, and community development, she supports global workforce management by guiding immigration processes, coordinating with employees and legal partners, and ensuring smooth, compliant hiring across countries. Kiana graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied Spanish, International Studies, and Translation and Interpretation.
